Ally Redig Nielsen
​Founder + Director of Athlete Relations

Ally was raised in Chicago + graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Sports Management + Public Relations. In the last 10 years, she has worked hard providing Athlete Relations services to hundreds of athletes + sport personalities.
​
Her commitment to making her clients' lives easier, less stressful + quite simply, more fun, is unmatched. She takes a thoughtful + detail-oriented approach to client care, ensuring all athletes are satisfied + able to reach their maximum potential. She has been nicknamed The Plug because of her infinite amount of connections + relationships across multiple industries, which she utilizes to benefit her clients.

When she's not working or catching a game, you can find Ally loving being a mom to her daughter, Stevie, and baby number two due in the Spring! She loves visiting her second home of New Orleans with her husband, Josh + their Rescue Pit Bull, Pilot! Ally is a mental health + women's rights advocate + has a passion for traveling, eating all types of carbs + rooting on her favorite Chicago sports teams.

Emma Gil de Rubio
Social Media Manager
Emma was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia + is currently majoring in PR + Political Science at the University of Alabama.
Emma has worked in content creation + graphic design for multiple companies and nonprofits before finding her way to AR.
When she is not working, Emma loves spending time with her fur babies, painting + watching sports! She is a die hard Atlanta United + Crimson Tide fan.

Gabby Windsor
Assistant Athlete Relations Manager
Gabby was born in Minnesota, but didn’t last very long in the freezing winter, so her family moved to sunny Cave Creek, Arizona shortly after that. She attended Arizona State University where she earned her degree in Communications + a minor in Media Analysis. Her love for working in sports began when when started interning for the Arizona Coyotes + Athlete Relations while completing her undergrad at ASU. In 2021, she moved to Austin, Texas where she became the Media Relations assistant for the Texas Stars.
Gabby is a die hard Green Bay Packer fan, so she + Ally do not get along twice a year when the Packers play the Bears.
When she's not working, she loves to spend time with her friends + family (she's actually engaged to Ally's cousin!), play golf + travel around the country.

Tae Davis
Recruiting Manager
Tae was born and raised in Alabama + played college football for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he played 49 games for the Mocs, and moved from Safety to OLB his senior year.
In 2018, Tae was signed by the New York Giants and almost immediately made the 53-man roster. During the rest of his career, he played for the Texans, Browns, Raiders, Falcons + Panthers before retiring in 2025.

Tae was a client of Athlete Relations for the majority his professional career, signing on while he was on the Giants and staying with us until his retirement. He has first-handedly seen how much of an impact the AR services can make on a career + is now devoted to bringing more clients into the family!
