Ally Redig Nielsen
Founder + Director of Athlete Relations
Ally was raised in Chicago + graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Sports Management + Public Relations. In the last 10 years, she has worked hard providing Athlete Relations services to hundreds of athletes + sport personalities.
Her commitment to making her clients' lives easier, less stressful + quite simply, more fun, is unmatched. She takes a thoughtful + detail-oriented approach to client care, ensuring all athletes are satisfied + able to reach their maximum potential. She has been nicknamed The Plug because of her infinite amount of connections + relationships across multiple industries, which she utilizes to benefit her clients.
When she's not working or catching a game, you can find Ally in her second home of New Orleans with her husband, Josh + their Rescue Pit Bull, Pilot. Ally is a mental health + women's rights advocate + has a passion for traveling, eating all types of carbs + rooting on her favorite Chicago sports teams.

Maddie Plasch
Social Media Manager
Maddie was born and raised in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She recently moved to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to finish her undergrad at the University of Alabama in Advertising + Public Relations. She plans on pursuing a master’s degree in Sports Hospitality after graduation.
This past summer, Maddie worked with the Minnesota Vikings as a fan engagement training camp intern + recently accepted a position with event management in the Alabama athletic department. Maddie has a strong passion for working within the sports realm + aims to provide athletes with the best service possible.
Outside of work + academics, Maddie can be found watching volleyball + football as well as spending time with family + friends + traveling to new places.

Gabby Windsor
Assistant Athlete Relations Manager
Gabby was born in Minnesota, but didn’t last very long in the freezing winter, so her family moved to sunny Cave Creek, Arizona shortly after that. She attended Arizona State University where she earned her degree in Communications + a minor in Media Analysis. Her love for working in sports began when when started interning for the Arizona Coyotes + Athlete Relations while completing her undergrad at ASU. In 2021, she moved to Austin, Texas where she became the Media Relations assistant for the Texas Stars.
Gabby is a die hard Green Bay Packer fan, so she + Ally do not get along twice a year when the Packers play the Bears.
When she's not working, she loves to spend time with her friends + family (she's actually dating Ally's cousin!), play golf + travel around the country.

Perryn Field
Athlete Relations Intern
Perryn was born and raised in Buffalo, New York + is studying Sports Communications + Public Relations at Marist College. She is an equipment manager for Marist’s D1 football team, as well as a sports information assistant for their athletics department.
Perryn entered the sports industry her freshman year of college, as she was scouted as a social media expert by Marist’s athletics department. She specializes in social media/content creation, brand + press relations, + media analysis. She uses her experience + skills to give our clients the best service possible.
When not working, Perryn can be caught brainstorming content ideas + making content for her personal pages, as well as for brands. She is always down to watch a football game + cheer on the AR family!

Mia Parise
Athlete Relations Intern
Mia was born + raised in Chicago + is currently studying sports management at the University of Dayton. She enjoys working one-on-one with athletes to provide them with any needs.
Her commitment to efficiency + creating a stress-free environment is her number one priority while working for her clients. Mia works as the student manager for the University’s D1 baseball team + anticipates working for the Athletic Communications department next fall. She is thrilled to be working for AR + is eager to serve each + every one of our clients.
